Eating is important for people, without eat people are not able to live. Eating is a way to fill the human necessity. There are variety of meals depend on each country. Every people has different favorite meals, one of them is Fish Curry.
Fish curry is one of traditional food from Pariaman. The way to make it is quiet easy.
The ingredients to make this food are five fish average size and 400 ml coconut milk. Then the flavors are 20 chilies, 3 fang of union, 1 fang of garlic, a pinch of salt, pepper, the last are a thumb of curcuma and ginger.
Then, prepare the tools to make fish curry, they are stove, pan and spoon.
The firs step is blend all of spices; they are chilies, garlic, union, curcuma and ginger. Then mix the spices coconut milk in the pan. After that turn on the stove and cook the mix of spices and coconut milk. Next add salt and pepper while cook it. The last add the fish and cook it until ripe.
That the way to make fish curry, a healthy food because it contain Omega 6 and 9. Try to make it!
